Our Team:

What we do:

  • We help to make decisions for the school, by working closely with Miss Pugh.
  • We listen to the pupils ideas and try to put them into place.
  • We organise our own fundraising events e.g. Children in Need, Wear Read for Velindre, Wear Red for Wales.   
  • We are have been working hard to raise awareness of children's rights and in February 2022 we became a Unicef Rights Committed School.
  • We are currently working close with The Wellbeing Team to promote Children's Rights across the School.

Beth rydyn ni'n wneud:

  • Rydyn ni'n helpu i wneud penderfyniadau ar gyfer yr ysgol.
  • Rydyn ni'n gwrando ar syniadau'r disgyblion ac rydyn ni'n ceisio eu rhoi yn eu lle.
  • Rydyn ni'n trefnu digwyddiadau codi arian e.e. Plant Mewn Angen a Diwrnod y Trwynau Coch.
  • Rydyn ni wedi bod yn gweithio'n galed iawn i godi ymwybyddiaeth o hawliau plant ac ym mis Chwefror, cawson ni'r Wobr Efydd.

Children in Need / Plant Mewn Angen 

 

To celebrate Children in Need we dressed up in our pyjamas and completed a range of competitions and quizzes that were designed and written by themselves. 

I ddathlu Plant Mewn Angen, gwisgon ni i fyny yn ein pyjamas a chwblhau ymarfer corff.

We raised: £471.47  

 

  

Christmas Jumper Day 2022

To raise money for 'Save the Children' we wore our christmas jumpers to school.
